Do you know non-stick cookware can cause cancer

Teflon is a compound used in many products such as cooking pans, engines, fabrics,tapes etc. Teflon is coated in non-stick cookwares to stop sticking of food particles to pan this ease the cooking. but when you use metal spoons or knife with non-stick cookware the teflon coating may mix with food item and it may reach your stomach and may stay there due to this your immune system may disrupt and it may cause cancer and other health issues. we cannot stop the use of teflon coated cookwares but we can do one thing using wooden spoon and cooking carefully and changing pan when damaged may reduce its adverse effects
